Sold for 29% over asking!
This is a great example of "to stage or not to stage". Originally the buyer was not interested in staging. The home did not show overly well and the response was reflective of this. After talking with the seller they agreed to having the home staged. It looked and showed fantastic and sold quickly for well over asking. That is just one of the great things about my team. We all work hard to make your home look and show as well as it can.
